The Tuckahoe Program
Named after the village of Tuckahoe in Upper Township, Cape May County, New Jersey, The Tuckahoe Program is a political podcast that supports conservative values such as a limited federal government, abiding by the U.S.A.’s founding documents, and religious freedom. It is also designed to include my opinions on current political situations that are happening at a national, state, and local level. And in this case, the term local level applies to Ocean and Monmouth counties in New Jersey.

Monday Aug 16, 2021
In this special episode (since it's the second episode produced this week), I discuss why the war in Afghanistan ended up being one of our worst policy failures our country has ever faced (since their government just collapsed to the Taliban).
It also features my opinion on a potential new COVID-19 regulation that the Biden/Harris Administration seems to support: blocking interstate travel for people who simply refuse to get the vaccine. This is just absolute INSANITY on so many levels and it must be rejected.

Friday Aug 13, 2021
In this episode for August 13, 2021 (and recorded August 12th in Southern Mississippi), I discuss why I think Andrew Cuomo's recent resignation from office over sexual assault crimes was the wrong crime for him to resign on.
And I also explain that the cartoons/family movies normally aired on Saturday mornings (on analog TV channel 14 in Brick, NJ) will be held later this Saturday (August 14th) specifically at 7 PM.

Sunday Aug 01, 2021
Sunday Aug 01, 2021
In this episode recorded on July 28 and August 1, 2021, I discuss the new COVID-19 mask/vaccine mandates in many states (including New York and Massachusetts) and issue a recommendation to local residents of Northeastern Ocean County to not comply (if it ever comes to our state of New Jersey).
I also explain that the Tuckahoe Program Podcast Twitter account is being shut down on August 3rd, 2021 (and completely moving to gab.com/johndaviddeoliveira), and announce that our analog TV channel 14 will be airing family movies on August 14th including a movie called Madeline (1998).

The Tuckahoe Program Episode 12: The Federal Government's "Misinformation" Narrative
Saturday Jul 24, 2021
Saturday Jul 24, 2021
In this episode recorded from July 20-24, 2021 (but released on July 24th), I briefly discuss the recent moves by the federal government (and Jen Psaki) to control COVID-19 "misinformation" on social media platforms. Despite how it's marketed, it should concern every conservative who refuses to comply with the government narrative.
Also, I give an update on the petition I started against an organization that endorsed multiple Black Lives Matter ideologies in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey.

Thursday Jun 24, 2021
Thursday Jun 24, 2021
In this episode for June 24, 2021, I discuss my opinion on the recent bill passed in Congress to make Juneteenth a federal holiday and why I think it might be an attack on the traditional July 4th Independence Day. It also includes some thoughts on the HR1 election bill (which failed to pass Congress since it was under the 60 vote filibuster requirement), and details about an idea I first promoted on social media (specifically on gab.com) to bring back the tradition of Saturday Morning Cartoons on TV to one part of Brick, NJ starting July 10th.

Sunday Jun 06, 2021
Sunday Jun 06, 2021
In this episode, I discuss the concerns I currently have with our country's involvement in the World Health Organization's COVAX program. For those who don't know what COVAX is, it is the program designed to encourage many high-income countries to donate unused COVID-19 vaccines to lower-income countries. In addition, it also includes the Catholic Our Father prayer at the beginning (just for this episode, not every time), and a note about a change.org petition I created on 5-27-2021 against a Black Lives Matter-supporting organization in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ (discussed in more detail in Episode 9).
*This episode was produced on June 5th and released on June 6th, so that is why you hear the June 5th date at the beginning of it.*

The Tuckahoe Program Episode 9: Biden's "American Families Plan"
Saturday May 22, 2021
Saturday May 22, 2021
This shorter-than-normal episode discusses the cost and programs involved in the Biden Administration's American Families Plan and why it should concern all of us. There is also a mention of who I think is the last President who encouraged such reliance off government programs (Frankin Roosevelt in the 1930s and 40s) and why it was dangerous then as well.

The Tuckahoe Program Episode 8: Lurking in the Northeast Corner
Tuesday May 18, 2021
Tuesday May 18, 2021
This episode discusses a local organization called PPB4BLM" lurking in the northeast corner of Ocean County (specifically Point Pleasant Beach) endorcing a Black Lives Matter-related "diversity and inclusion" and cultural competency plan. I will discuss why I think this is a major concern (as a local newspaper reported on it and suggest ways to fight back against this organization.

Saturday Apr 17, 2021
Saturday Apr 17, 2021
This 8 1/2 minute episode for April 16-17, 2021 discusses both my opinion (and the opinions of 6 people on Yahoo Answers) on the Asian Hate Crime Bill which recently passed with a 92-6 vote in the U.S. Senate. I personally support the actions of the 6 senators and I explain why.
It also mentions the new Biden Administration policy of withdrawing troops from Afganistan (but that is a topic I am neutral on), and my speculation about why the date he chose for it was September 11th.
Unrelated to politics, it briefly discusses our April 29th radio transmitter move from New London County, CT to Brick, NJ since it is happening in a week and a half.

Thursday Mar 18, 2021
Thursday Mar 18, 2021
This 8 minute episode for March 18, 2021 (after a livestream went wrong the same day) will discuss a statement I made on my Twitter account @955plj concerning the March 16th Atlanta/Acworth, GA shooting. This shooting involved 6 Asian Americans (and 8 people in total) being shot and killed in several local businesses. I will also discuss and denounce the current efforts by national media networks to blame this shooting on a widespread problem of racism, sexism, or white supremacy.
